My favorite dish is their four-meat gumbo; the staff is consistently friendly and helpful! Update: Shrimp pasta! I barely caught a glimpse of this on the rotation of pictures above the counter. I had to watch for it to come back around again. So, I asked one of the young ladies behind the counter (Andie) what it was. She told me it was her favorite. She said that she had eaten it for the first month that she was there because it was so good. It really is! Thank you, young lady! Update: I hadn't seen Andie in some time, but she was there tonight. I reminded her she was the one who introduced me to the Ibiza pasta with shrimp. The gumbo has taken second place. It is so delicious, creamy, and rich that I can't finish the whole dish in one sitting. Thank you again, Andie! ”
